Lifestyle Performance Medicine was founded in 2015 by David LeMay, MD,a board-certified physician and renowned leader in performance medicine.  Guided by a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals, the Lifestyle Performance Medicine team represents decades of experience. Our mission is to help you lead a healthier life by providing the highest quality, pharmaceutical grade supplements.

  • David LeMay, MD

    David LeMay, MD, is board-certified in Physical
    Medicine and Rehabilitation and also has a board
    certification in Metabolic and Nutrition Medicine. He completed a fellowship in anti-aging and regenerative medicine and is an associate clinical faculty member at Florida State University School of Medicine. He is the Chief Medical Officer for JAG Consulting group. He served on the EXOS performance nutritional advisory board from 2015-16. He was on the Special Operations Medical Association Research Advisory Board From 2015-16.

    Dr. LeMay currently serves on the Tignum
    Performance Science and Innovation Board and
    is the medical director for the NFL Players
    Association Trust Breakfast Club program
    through EXOS.

    He is a medical advisory board member for the
    SOF Health Initiatives program through the Task
    Force Dagger Foundation. He is associate faculty for the Institute of Human and Machine
    Cognition in Florida.

    Dr. LeMay is on the medical staff for the
    Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals.
    He is a performance medical consultant for the
    Hershey Bears, St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto
    Blue Jays, Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder. He served as medical consultant for the Oakland Raiders from 2016-18.

    He also is a scientific spokesperson for Solutex
    Corporation, and is a frequent speaker and presenter at national and international performance medicine conferences.

  • KEVIN LACZ, PA

    Kevin Lacz (PA-C) is a former US Navy SEAL, NYT Times Bestselling author, and philanthropist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, where he graduated Magna cum Laude, and a Masters of Medical Science from Wake Forest University.

    Kevin joined the US Navy following the 9/11
    terrorist attacks and began his work in medicine
    as a US Navy Corpsman. He graduated Basic
    Underwater Demolition SEAL training (BUD/s) and was stationed at SEAL Team THREE and completed two combat deployments to Iraq, serving his team as a Special Operations Combat Medic, Sniper, and Explosive Breacher. He earned many awards including a Bronze Star with combat “V” as well as two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals with combat “V”. He successfully left the Navy in 2010.

    Following his service in the US Navy, Kevin
    served as Technical Advisor in Clint Eastwood’s
    “American Sniper” and held a starring role in the
    film. In 2015 with his wife Lindsey, Kevin’s memoir, “The Last Punisher,” became a NYT Times Bestseller and is now in print in eight languages.  He recently released his follow-up book, “The Veterans Workbook: How to Transition out of the Military and get Hired!”

    In 2015, he and Lindsey cofounded the charity
    Hunting for Healing, the mission for which is to
    take veterans and their spouses on outdoor
    activities. In addition, he was nominated by former Florida Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Pensacola State College District Board of Trustees.

  • ERIK VONBERGEN

    Erik Von Bergen was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and now resides in the Florida panhandle. He is a graduate of Troy University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing before entering the corporate world. After serving his community in law enforcement, he joined the Lifestyle Performance Medicine team in 2018.  He and his wife volunteer with several local nonprofit organizations.
